So this electrical problem came back today on the way home from Coffee & Cars. It will reset and work just fine if the battery is disconnected. I checked the voltages at the fuse and at the connection, and both are well within acceptable tolerance. I will check the voltage at the connector when it happens again.

I am thinking a faulty relay or something in the tune. Wiring appears okay. This started the day after Wade retuned it.

Have you tried kicking it? Maybe that would fix it.... :-)

Sorry to hear the electrical problem.
I had MTI Houstn in '06 do work, then EG Houston do work, then up to Dallas Performance and while they were working on it the TB sensor gave message on DIC and went in reduced power mode. first time that ever happened. they did what you did.---checked the wires fuses, relays, shorts with voltmeter, disconnected battery and all seemed well. I went to pick it up and made it onto the freeway and then then it came back again. took it back and they ended up rewiring the TB back to the computer and that took care of it.

So what you have sounds similar. my guess is whoever has worked on it may have done a wiring or tuning mistake.

No. Not unless you want the payment and loan balance along with it.
